Patents & Licensing 

1. The customer shall indemnify the Company against all actions, costs (including the costs of defending any legal proceedings), claims, proceedings, account and damages in respect of any infringement of any patents, registered design, copyright, trademark or other industrial or intellectual property rights resulting from compliance by the company with the Customer's instructions, whether express or implied.

Liability and Indemnity

1. The Company is entitled to assume that all drawings, subscriptions, specifications and other information supplied by the Customer to the company either written or verbal, is in all respects complete, accurate and entirely suitable for the Customer's requirements and any materials/items supplied. 

2. By placing an order for laser engraving, you acknowledge that this process permanently alters the surface of your item with a laser beam, potentially causing slight variations in appearance depending on the material. You are responsible for providing accurate artwork suitable for laser engraving, and we cannot be held liable for errors in your design or if the material proves unsuitable for this process. Certain materials may produce fumes during engraving, so proper ventilation is required. Please consult with us regarding any concerns about your specific item and its suitability for laser engraving 

3. We will always do our best to ensure your product/items are shipped on a timely matter, however we are NOT responsible for any delays in shipping or failure to ship or liable for any loss of earnings due to late delivery.

4. We are not liable for any item shipped to us if the item has been damaged in shipping.

5. We do not guarantee that the product or outcome of our services will be fit for any particular purpose. although we try our best, we are not able to accept liability for the final outcome of our services and items are not provided by ourselves. 

6. When a customer submits a drawing or design to us, they are agreeing that they have the copy rights to use that drawing or design. H&H Engraving is not responsible for ensuring that the customer has the copy rights for the drawing or design.
